Experiment Lip Balm

Try It →

Okay, story time because this is exactly how I end up falling in love with products I didn’t even plan to try.

Rose and I were in one of those “let’s test every lip thing we own” moods (because… obviously), and I pulled this one out. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now, and it’s quietly become one of those products I keep reaching for without thinking. You know the type.

The first thing I noticed? It doesn’t just sit on top of your lips like a shiny band-aid. It actually feels like it’s sealing moisture in. Cushiony, silky, and glossy but NOT sticky and heavy.Rose tried it too and immediately approved (high praise), and then very confidently asked if she could eat it. 😂 For the record: no. But I get the enthusiasm.

What makes it special is that it’s doing more than one job at once. It hydrates and gently smooths your lips at the same time. There’s a little bit of quiet exfoliation happening—nothing tingly or aggressive—just enough to help with dullness and flakiness while glycerin and squalane rush in to hydrate and protect your lip barrier. It’s that balance that makes it feel so good: comforting, but still effective.

And here’s the part that really got me: it’s $16. Sixteen. Dollars. For something that feels this polished and actually works. It’s one of those “why didn’t I try this sooner?” moments.

The takeaway? Lip care doesn’t have to be complicated—or expensive—to be impactful. Sometimes the best products are the ones that quietly support your skin (or lips) doing what they’re meant to do. If your lips are chronically dry, flaky, or just feeling a little sad lately, this is your reminder that a small swap can make a big difference. Soft, comfortable lips are allowed—even in the middle of real life. 💋✨
