We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like products with screw top lids. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that items should not be mailed back until speaking with a SBS Team Member. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return & refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch with us.
Please look at your order when you get it and let us know immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Don’t panic. You can contact us for any returns or exchanges within 30 days. We will help you make it right.

Sydney accepts insurance for in-person visits at Wiregrass Dermatology in Dothan, AL. In some situations, she can see patients virtually through insurance to prescribe.
If you are unsure if your condition can be covered by insurance, please schedule a 1:1 Video Call first in order to set skincare foundations for treating any skin concern. We can further discuss the need for insurance/prescriptions.

While the 1:1 video call here at Skincare By Sydney is not through insurance and does not include prescriptions, we can go beyond standard insurance visit time restraints to include the intentional pairing of non-prescription products and personalized in-office treatment recommendations—a key element often overlooked in traditional dermatology appointments billed through insurance.
