We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like products with screw top lids. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that items should not be mailed back until speaking with a SBS Team Member. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return & refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch with us.
Please look at your order when you get it and let us know immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sydney accepts insurance for in-person visits in Dothan, AL.
Insurance typically covers skin conditions like acne, rosacea, dermatitis, etc, however, insurance does not cover a custom skincare plan, which is offered in our 1:1 consultations.
If you are unsure if your condition can be covered by insurance, please schedule a skincare consult first to evaluate and set up your skincare routine, which serves as the foundation for skin success. The amount of time allotted and typed routine is not covered by insurance. We can further discuss needs for insurance/prescriptions.

When it comes to prescriptions, Sydney's ability to prescribe is limited to the state where she is licensed, which is Alabama.
If you require a prescription, it is recommended that you schedule an appointment at a local dermatology clinic. Sydney can assist you by helping put together the information you have gathered from your previous dermatology appointment. In some cases, individuals may opt to have a consultation with Sydney before seeking medical advice. While she cannot provide medical advice, Sydney's extensive medical training and experience in dermatology, including her work with patients through insurance, allow her to suggest that scheduling a dermatology appointment would be beneficial.
What sets the SBS 1:1 consultations apart is the comprehensive skincare routine provided, including the intentional pairing of non-prescription products. This is not typically offered during an insurance visit. Through her experience in treating patients with prescriptions, Sydney has learned that non-prescription products can make a significant difference in the effectiveness of a skincare routine. It is hoped that you can obtain this guidance from your dermatology visit, but if not, Sydney is always available to assist you.
Remember, the 1:1 consultation with Sydney offers more in-depth guidance compared to a standard insurance visit. While prescriptions may not be within her scope, Sydney is dedicated to providing personalized skincare recommendations and support to help you achieve your skincare goals.

Pssst... In the derm office, we always follow up in 6-8 weeks after each adjustment in the skincare plan. Based on the skin cell life cycle, it usually takes at least two visits to see the best results of your plan. So I created the 3-month process to help you achieve a complete skincare routine for prevention and correction of sun damage. If it has been over three months, we suggest re-purchasing THE Skincare plan.
