This is made for clients wherever they are in their skin journey.
You may want to
- dive a little deeper into a certain topic
- get a little support and direction on your current routine.
Maybe you need a completely new personalized routine or an anti-aging routine?! This consult is to get you started or to check in with Sydney, a board-certified PA (physician assistant) who has been serving dermatology patients in the clinic since 2017, as needed to adjust your routine.
You've got a few options:
(Option 1) Written Only:
- Includes a typed, step-by-step daily skincare routine personalized to your skin
- Delivered to your inbox and saved in a Google folder for you to reference forevermore
- 14-Day Access to Sydney via email for all your follow-up questions

(Option 2) Written & Video Call …aka the SBS Signature Offer
- Everything in the Written Only Plan, plus... a follow-up 30 Minute Video call to discuss routine and any questions face-to-face
Here's how it works:
- Purchase the consult that works best for you.
- You’ll receive an email from me with the next steps.
- Don't forget to Complete the Skincare by Sydney questionnaire to give me a little background on your skin.
- Within 7 business days of completing your questionnaire, you'll receive a personalized written skincare routine created by Sydney with specific instructions & hyperlinked products to use for your skincare goals.
- If you choose to have a video call, we will schedule your call to review your written skincare and product questions.
- I'm happy to answer all your questions. You'll have the chance to follow up within 14 days of receiving the plan with all your questions.
- Shop our medical-grade products using your exclusive SBS discount.
Other Notes:
- Unfortunately, due to time restraints (and out of respect for Sydney's time and other clients), she won't be able to respond to questions received after 14 business days of receiving your plan if you like to ask many questions over multiple weeks. We highly suggest checking out The Inner Circle (Coming Soon).
- If you'd like to buy this as a gift, please purchase a gift certificate for $145 or $245.
- If you are a parent buying this for your teen/child, please use the parent's name used at checkout throughout the process.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Certain types of items cannot be returned, like products with screw top lids. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local In-store Pick-up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3400 Ross Clark Circle, Dothan, AL 36301. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, and we will send you instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Mon-Thurs (8 AM-5 PM CT) and Friday (8 AM-Noon CT). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We DO NOT offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
