Shipping policy

After you receive your order confirmation email, your order will be processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local In-store Pick-up

While we no longer offer in-store pickup, shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 (no code needed—it’ll apply automatically at checkout!)

International Shipping

We DO NOT offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within ten days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us at orders@skincarebysydney.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
